Partner terms

1. Your code. Each partner has their own code. When a client sends it in their first message or writes it in the order form, they get 15% off their first order, on the setup fee or one-time price only.
2. Commission. You receive 10% of what the client actually pays (after the discount) on their first paid project. It is counted on the day the payment arrives and shows in your dashboard.
3. Monthly fees. There is no commission on monthly fees unless Dr. Qaria agrees otherwise with you and switches it on in your account.
4. What counts. Paid work only. No commission on questions, calls or unpaid quotes, or on a client who contacted us before using your code.
5. Paying you. Commission due is paid by the method you chose in your account. Your dashboard shows what was paid and what is still due.
6. Conduct. Do not send bulk messages to people you do not know, and do not promise a client anything that is not written on this site. We do not guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend any client, so please do not say so.
7. Privacy. Your dashboard shows your clients' first names and order status only, never their phone numbers.
8. Closing an account. An account can be closed if these terms are broken. Commission due on work paid before that stays yours.
9. Changes. These terms may change. We will tell you before any change that affects commission.
