Launch day is the start of the work
Many owners expect a website or an AI receptionist to be finished the day it goes live. In practice, launch day is when it meets real customers for the first time. Until then, every answer and every page was checked against what we expected people to ask. After launch, it is checked against what they really ask.
That is good news. The first weeks show you exactly where your customers get stuck, which questions come up again and again, and which page they open before they message you. A system that is looked after in those weeks becomes much more useful than one that is left alone.
The first two weeks: watch, correct, settle
For example, a clinic or a trading company could treat the first two weeks like this:
- Read the real conversations. Look at what the receptionist answered and how customers reacted. Where an answer is too long, too vague or simply wrong, tell us, and we correct it.
- Check the pages on a phone. Open your website the way your customers do: on a phone, on mobile data, in Arabic and in English. Note anything that loads slowly, reads badly or sends people to the wrong place.
- Settle the hand-over. Decide which questions must always come to you: prices outside the list, complaints, payments, special requests. Make sure those messages reach the right phone at the right hours.
- Fill the gaps. Every question the receptionist could not answer is a missing piece of information. Send us the answer once, and it can be used from then on.
None of this is technical. It is the same attention you would give a new employee in their first days.
What the monthly fee covers
Each service has a one-time setup fee to build it and, where there is ongoing work, a monthly fee. After launch, that monthly fee is what keeps things running.
For a website, the monthly amount is a care plan. It covers hosting, backups, updates and small edits. A changed phone number, a new photo, a corrected sentence or an updated opening time are small edits. A new section, a new language or a move from a company site to a store is a new piece of work, and we quote it before we start.
For the AI receptionist, the monthly fee covers hosting and follow-up. Depending on the package, it also brings more after launch:
- from the Standard package, the receptionist learns from the owner, so your corrections shape its later answers,
- from the Standard package, a weekly report shows what customers asked and where they needed you,
- in the Advanced package, it runs on a private server and can answer in a second language.
The exact lines of each package are on the services page.
What stays with you
Some things only the owner can keep up to date, and they matter more than any technical detail.
| Your part | Our part |
|---|---|
| Prices, offers and stock | Hosting and backups |
| Opening hours and holidays | Updates and small edits |
| Answers to new questions | Applying those answers |
| Decisions on hand-overs | Making sure hand-overs reach you |
If your prices change and nobody tells the receptionist, it will keep quoting the old list. If you close for a holiday and the website still shows normal hours, customers will arrive at a closed door. The simplest habit is one short message to us whenever something in the business changes.
The quiet months after
Once the first weeks are done, a well set up system becomes quiet. Pages load, backups run, the receptionist answers the routine questions and passes the rest to you. Your work becomes a quick look at the weekly report, if your package includes one, and a message when something changes.
That quiet is the goal. A website or receptionist that needs you every day is not doing its job. One that you can almost forget, until a customer tells you they found the answer they needed, is.
If your website or receptionist is about to go live, or went live without anyone looking after it, message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you have now.
