Why daily posting fails for most owners
Everyone starts with energy. Week one, a post a day. Week three, two posts. Month two, silence, and a profile whose last post is from a season ago. The reason is not laziness. Writing a post is a small creative task, and small creative tasks lose every time against a customer waiting at the counter.
The fix is not more discipline. It is removing the owner from the daily task and leaving only the part that needs the owner: the facts and the approval.
The system in one picture
| Who | Does what | When |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Supplies news, offers, photos, and approves the month's plan | One session a month |
| AI marketer | Writes the posts in your voice, schedules them, replies to comments where included | 12 posts a month up to a post every day, by package |
| Owner | Reads a short report and adjusts | A few minutes a week |
Everything below explains the three rows.
The monthly session: facts in, plan out
Once a month you sit for a short session, in person or on WhatsApp, and give the raw material: what is new this month, which products or services to push, any offers and their dates, events, photos from the shop or the site, and anything you want avoided. You do not write a post. You talk, and the marketer takes notes.
From that, a plan for the month comes back: a calendar of posts with the topic, the platform and the type of each, text, image or short video. You read it once and approve, or move two things. That approval is the owner's main job for the month.
The daily work: writing, visuals, scheduling
The marketer then writes every post in your voice, which was fixed in the first session: how formal you are, the words you use for your products, what you never say. Posts are written for each platform rather than copied across, because a caption that works on Instagram is too long for X and too casual for LinkedIn. Arabic and English, depending on the package, each written for its readers.
Posts use your photos, and short videos where the package includes them. Posts are scheduled at the hours your audience is active, and they go out whether or not you remembered.
Replies and messages
Comments are a conversation, and a profile that never answers looks abandoned. Depending on the package, replies to comments are included: thanks, short answers, and a hand-over to you for anything that needs a decision. Private messages are different. They belong to your WhatsApp receptionist or to you, because they are often orders or complaints, and the marketer does not negotiate or take orders.
The weekly check: numbers, not opinions
A short report, weekly or monthly depending on the package, tells you what was posted, what people engaged with, which posts brought visits or messages, and what to do more of next week. That is where you adjust: more of the posts that brought enquiries, fewer of the ones that only got likes. It takes a few minutes, and it is the only recurring work left for you.
What stays yours
Three things the marketer never decides alone: offers and prices, anything about a specific customer, and the position of your business on anything sensitive. Those come from you in the monthly session or not at all. Everything else, the daily grind of writing, designing and posting, is handled.
Our social media packages, with the number of posts, platforms, videos and reports in each, are on the services page. The marketer works next to the visibility work: social media keeps existing customers close, while answer pages and articles bring new ones from search and AI tools. Our article on GEO covers that second part.
How to start
Bring to the first session: your current profiles, ten photos you like, three posts from anyone that you think sound right for your business, and the list of things you never want said. One session fixes the voice, the first month's plan comes back within days, and the posting starts.
If you want a plan for your first month, message us on WhatsApp with your business type and the platforms you use now.
